ADDITIONAL 5% DISCOUNT FOR STAYS DURING WEEKDAYS THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR, EXCEPT DURING PACKAGE DEAL PERIODS

• The price is stated per adult (person older than 14.99 years) in RSD per night for half board and SPA center services
• Meals are served buffet style with several types of dishes/salads/pastries (for fewer than 20 guests, plated service with three dish options)
• Surcharge for lunch is 1,050.00 RSD for adults, and 525.00 RSD for children aged 3 to 15 (with a 30% discount included for Satelit guests)
• Children aged 2 to 15 – complimentary half board and SPA when accompanied by two adults (one child in a room, three in an apartment)
• Children up to 2 years – free of charge with a provided cot
• Use of a room as a single room: +50% surcharge on the price
• Minimum for an apartment: 2 adults
• Third adult in a room and/or apartment: 70% of the price
• Fourth adult in an apartment: 30% of the price
• Fourth child in an apartment: surcharge of 50% of the adult price
• Use of the SPA center (pool with a shallow section, hydromassage block, waterfall, geyser, turbo-jet swimming, steam bath, salt room, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, dipping bucket, heated benches and accompanying facilities) unlimited during 08:00–24:00 (children from 08:00 to 21:00 accompanied by a parent or guardian)
• Free use of the children’s playroom and baby corner (safe space) and game room (with consoles and entertainment content)
• 30% discount on drinks and additional services in the restaurant and room service, and 20% discount on massage and treatment prices
• Parking provided
• The minimum deposit to confirm a reservation is 30% of the total amount
• Not included in the price: tourist tax – adults (from 15 years) is 140.00 RSD per day; children (from 7 to 15 years) is 70.00 RSD per day; guest insurance is 15.00 RSD per day
• Surcharge for pets is 200.00 RSD per day in accordance with the regulations

Conditions for changing reservations and cancelling bookings: The guest is obliged to notify Satelit Lux in writing of any cancellation or change of the booking date. Depending on the cancellation deadlines for the arrangement, the following percentages of the total price are retained:

• 20 or more days before the start of the arrangement: no charge
• 19–10 days before the start of the arrangement: 50%
• 9–0 days before the start of the arrangement: 100%

In the event of an early departure from the facility, Satelit Lux is under no obligation to refund the money. After a reservation has been made, changes to the date can be made only with consent. Satelit Lux does not consider unfavorable weather conditions a valid reason for cancelling a reservation or departing early from the facility.
